Buying baby products can be daunting for a novice.  New baby products are constantly introduced.  Since my kids are no longer babies, I asked a couple of friends who have had babies within the year to share their favorites. Some of them I have actually used and favored.

4 Moms MamaRoo – I purchased this swing and used it with both my babies. It is on the pricer side, but the quality and durability makes it worth the investment. This is a baby rocker that bounces and sways as if you were comforting your baby. My babies loved the 4 built in sounds that would soothe them to sleep. This product is bluetooth enabled so you can control the motion, sound, speed and volume from your phone or an Bluetooth smart device.

Organic Nipple Butter– This is an organic, lanolin-free, plant-powered nipple cream. My friend said it is great for her sore nipples, and uses it to moisturize chapped, dry skin.

Boppy Newborn Lounger- This is a great lounger to place your baby for them to nap or lounge. It has a recessed interior for the baby’s bottom.

Skip Hop Light-Up Diaper Caddy– This diaper caddy has a movable center divider and a 10 minute auto light feature.

Baby Tula Explore- This is a 3 in 1 carrier style, great to use for newborn and toddler.

Baby Merlin’s Magic Sleepsuit- This sleep suit helps babies transition from the swaddle to a cozy, secure feeling. The suit is breathable with a soft micro fleece layer. It is meant to be introduced a three months of age.

Fridababy NoseFrida Nasal Aspirator- This is a very effective product I used. It uses your own suction to safely and effectively clear stuffy noses.

Aden by Aden + Anais Swaddle– This are soft cotton muslin swaddle blankets that provide breathability. Many of my friends have used them for swaddling, stroller covers, changing table covers, nursing shields, and burp cloths.
